PRICES, OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Our offers and prices are only valid when purchased via the website www.store.bygalamart.com, not when purchased in the shops themselves. The offers via the website www.store.bygalamart.com cannot be combined with other promotions and actions, discount coupons or staff discount.
ORDER
After you have made your choice on the website, you can proceed to place your order by clicking on “Order”, whereby your article is placed in the order zone.
From the order zone you can continue shopping, remove an article from the order zone or checkout.
In the order zone you will immediately see the prices of the selected products, the discounts and the delivery time, and the total price of the order. This includes VAT and all costs.
If you are satisfied with your choices, and you want to complete the order, click on ‘checkout’.
To do this, you must first log in, and fill in the necessary details to make the order go smoothly. If you click on the box “save your details for future use”, you will not need to fill in these details again the next time you log on to our website.
The order is only final after payment has been made.
Each final order will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail, in the language of the website, stating the delivery date and indicating the possibility of cancelling the order free of charge if this date is exceeded. So you know that we have received your order correctly.
If you request it and provide us with your company details, we will send you an invoice by e-mail free of charge.
PAYMENT
We have chosen a secure payment environment through Ingenico. For more information, please visit the Ingenico website www.ingenico.com.
You can choose from the following payment options:

You cannot pay with coupons, gift vouchers or gift cards.
PICK-UP
You choose your pickup point during the order process. Products can only be picked up in the shop in Belgium or in our warehouse in Lier.
The shop or warehouse will be notified and the products will be reserved in your name.
You will receive an arrival confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has arrived in the shop of your choice. If, exceptionally, the item you ordered turns out not to be in stock or if the delivery is delayed, you will also be informed by e-mail.
You then have 30 calendar days to collect the goods on presentation of the order confirmation.
If you have not collected the goods after receiving two electronic reminders, we are entitled to dissolve the contract. We will then refund the purchase price to the account number from which payment was made using the same payment method.
AVAILABILITY
The availability of each product is indicated. We do our utmost to ensure that this information is correct, but it may happen that we are unable to deliver, e.g. due to errors in the stock data or delivery problems with the supplier. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and refund you the purchase price.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel it when you pick it up. You will then receive a refund of the value of your purchase.
From the day after the collection, you also have 14 calendar days to cancel the purchase of any article you do not like, without having to give a reason. The right of withdrawal only applies if you are a private individual, and not if you are a company or if you have purchased the goods for professional use.
How do you exercise your right of withdrawal? You must inform us of your withdrawal in an unambiguous manner. You can also use the model withdrawal form for this purpose.
You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.
If it transpires that an item has been sent damaged, soiled or incomplete, BYGALAMART may claim compensation from the consumer to the extent of the loss in value that the item has suffered.
Reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date that BYGALAMART received the returned goods.
GUARANTEE
The quality of our goods is the subject of our greatest attention. Should there nevertheless be any problems, you enjoy all the legal guarantees of conformity and warranty.
This means that the articles must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an article that does not meet these requirements, we will provide a suitable solution.
If you have bought the items for private use, we offer you a 12-month guarantee, starting from the date of collection of the goods.
If you notice a defect, you must report this to our customer service department as soon as possible.
Any defects and non-conformities must be reported to us as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after their discovery.
Visible defects or non-conformities must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days after collection of the goods. A non-conformity that was present at the time of delivery but that could only be discovered later by you must be reported in writing as soon as possible, and at the latest within 2 calendar months after its discovery.
If the defect is due to injudicious use of the article, to an accident, to an external cause (e.g. fire, water damage, …), to poor maintenance or to normal wear and tear, or if the damage is aggravated because you have continued to use the good after the damage was established, the warranty does not apply. Nor can a guarantee be granted if you or a third party have tried to repair the article themselves.
The warranty means that we will replace or repair the item, at no cost to you. However, if the repair or replacement is not possible, or is disproportionate, or if it would cause you serious inconvenience, we will grant you an appropriate price reduction at your request.
