Shipping of your order
Store.bygalamart.com offers you free delivery, starting from a purchase amount of € 99.
If you order from our website, you have fast and secure delivery by our partner BPost.
Dispatch confirmation: You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your parcel has been dispatched. This e-mail will also include a tracking number, so that you can check the status of your parcel at any time.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can use your tracking number to adjust the delivery to your wishes:
- Delivery at the neighbours.
- Delivery in a Post Office where you can collect it.
- Delivery at a Pick-up Point in your neighbourhood where you can collect the parcel.
- Delivery at your home in a specific place.
Rates and delivery times
BPOST
Your order is immediately completed and prepared for shipment. Delivery of your parcel by BPost takes up to 3 days from the day you confirm your order.
Delivery costs are not charged for orders above €99. For orders below €99, a delivery charge of €5.95 will apply.
Return and exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange a delivered item, please follow the procedure below:
